Usually I shy away from blue tops with blue jeans. Unless the blues were contrasting of course! I love pairing denim on denim if the shirt was much lighter than the jeans I'm wearing. And obviously, one bold pop of color for me wasn't enough as usual, so I paired my bright red purse with a pair of neutral oxfords with neon soles.
I love pairing light denims with darker denims too. And that's the perfect pop of neon with your shoes. :)
