Usually I shy away from blue tops with blue jeans. Unless the blues were contrasting of course! I love pairing denim on denim if the shirt was much lighter than the jeans I'm wearing. And obviously, one bold pop of color for me wasn't enough as usual, so I paired my bright red purse with a pair of neutral oxfords with neon soles.

This outfit was perfect for my day of driving back to my college. A 4 hour drive dressed in uncomfortable clothes is definitely a no-no.I love that this outfit can still seem put together, but still be so comfy. After getting back, I had to meet up some friends for a birthday and I basically wore this same exact outfit, but threw on a statement necklace!

Back-posting a little here. This random pink top from Korea is my go-to top when I want to be casual and comfortable, but still look pretty and composed. The sheer material is perfect for the humidity in Hong Kong. I promise there will be better blogger pictures next time (hurhurhur!)

Wow. My first official outfit post, hence my awkward posing. I was trying to bring the inner fashion blogger out, but it just came out as laughter. I have been wearing these pants like cray since I got them. The perfect pop of hot pink to go with the neon trend, but still incredibly comfy! Trendy and Comfortable? YES PLEASE! It was such a spur of the moment! If you saw the outtakes, there's one of my falling over from this very pose. I don't know how bloggers pose with their feet like that! Maybe they can't and they fall over too! Or I'm just so very clumsy and uncoordinated.

Reason behind the name : 

The reason we decided to name this blog The Sisterhood of the Traveling Flats is not because we are three sisters sharing the same pair of flats and alternate in who wears it on which day. Stanky feet LOL not attractive. Anyway, we all have the same identical pair of Steve Madden black patent flats that is also, coincidentally, our go-to shoe for every day wear. We were just joking around about how other people probably think we just share the same pair of shoes, when The Sisterhood of the Traveling Flats "light bulb"-ed in our minds! So, no, we don't have some magical pair of flats that become the exact size of our feet! (We wish!) and although we live in different parts of the world we are still bonded by these stinky flats!

Our aspiration : 

All three of us love fashion and thrive for anything aesthetically pleasing, so we chose to start this fashion, lifestyle, and beauty blog! No, we're not claiming to be the most stylish girls in the world. The 3 of us are each different in our own way, whether it be our age, our personality or our style. This is a creative outlet for us to present to you in a way that shows how we put ourselves out into the world.
